In March of 1986, I moved to New York, (Brooklyn), and then New Jersey. In 1987, I enrolled in a school for DJs and MCs, called (Prime Time Entertainers), where I was educated in public speaking and how to control large crowds. I had a private English tutor who taught me how to talk using the rules of syllable separation in English and not the rules we use in Portuguese. I have learned how to speak properly and clearly.

In 2009, I moved to Rio de Janeiro (Barra da Tijuca). I started teaching English in 2010, since then I have given classes in various companies and residentials. I found it to be a perfect laboratory where I was able to develop my didactics through the daily observation of my students. Their doubts and difficulties were a real fuel for my growth process, and it was for these constant requests and suggestions from my students that I spent 3 years working on a self-taught book that would give practical and objective answers. The result is a complete book with tips and exercises that satisfies both beginner and advanced students. Along with the book, I have video classes where you can practice grammar and pronunciation.
